Electric underfloor heating and hot water supplied from one unit. This is the Heatrae Sadia Ultramax. Economy Seven hot water with daytime boost, unvented high pressure cylinder and central heating from one source. On this project, we designed and installed the underfloor heating, bathrooms, electrical and kitchen appliances and plumbing. Below are some pictures of a very tight en-suite shower and a slightly bigger bathroom.

A Grant condensing oil system boiler installed in a garage that presented some flueing challenges! We got it working beautifully in the end.
